i have both books; in fact i have most monster books that are out (MM, MM2, FF, TOH, Monsternomicon, Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary, Eden Studios Liber Bestarius, CC, CC2 and a few others..)

for my ££ the ToH is one of the better ones - but then i rate all Necromancer books highly. not always 100% useful (Book of Taverns and Raise the Dead, for example...) but they all have good art, good content and so on.
