And this is from someone who didn't like Exalted Even though I couldn't help but be disappointed by the Game itself, I found the Bo3C full of ideas that are easily 'rippable' for other RPG magic systems, and it was an all around enjoyable read. Kudos to WW for an excellent supplement!
