No the errata do fix it. Compared to first printing RQ it's more in need of fixes, but compared to a GDW product, it's equivalent to a first printing.

What is more important is how it plays and flows. It feels like the heroic parts of D&D with much less of the class/level baggage or the tendency for D&D combats to become hit point attrition slugfests.

It's a good game.
