That's 'cause he's not a Deathlord. He is, in fact, the iconic Abyssal Exalted from the corebook. The fiction in the Exalted corebook that opens Chapter 8 is about him, as is the fiction opening to Exalted: The Abyssals.

Chejop Kejak is The Iconic Sidereal, actually. He gets the opening fiction for Chapter 9 in the corebook.

This isn't me defending Children of the Dragon, BTW. It really is forgettable.
