By the blurb you used, you were basically saying:
* If you liked the ELH, you won't like this product.
* If you like political campaigns, you need to play at epic levels.

It's entirely the wrong impression to give, and immaterial to the review of _this_ product.

A better blurb would have been something like "An excellent guide to d20 political campaigns and adventures that expands the game past the standard dungeon crawl." or suchlike.

I'm neutral on the ELH - I appreciate what it gives but I don't know if I'd use it. However, there's nothing stopping someone from using both products.

Here's a question for you:
What level of characters is Dynasties and Demagogues designed for? Does it give rules for advancing past 20th level?
