The Personality Feats are the d20 version of the White Wolf Archetype system. When you play within your Pesonality, you get a bonus point that you can trade in for a point boost or an XP.

For example, if you have "Plotter" as a Personality Feat, and your character does something that furthers his own political agenda, you get a bonus point. You can use the bonus point to add 1d6 to any future roll, or save it for an XP boost.
