Even the rulebook has some scope for silliness if that's your thing; eg a knightly order described as 'a medieval bikie gang' for those who just want to create some mayhem. And there's plenty of scope for being silly in a straight Arthur campaign. Greg Stafford left the game so wide open that almost any version of the Arthurian myth can be played (including Monty Python's).
David Dunham has a set of rules for combining Pendragon with Glorantha (basically, RQ magic grafted on to the PD ruleset) if anybody's interested. They can be found at:
