Selling out to distributors is not the same as selling out in retail stores. I don't know that this is the case with Savage Worlds, but it could well be that the game is selling out yet game after game is sitting on the shelf.

Also, without knowing how large the print run was, a quick second printing is good but not necessarily out of this world.
