Depends on how you measure the content. Many of the books out there have tons of setting info in them which (a) tends to take up a lot of space and (b) is a sh!tload easier to write than good, tight rules. Savage Worlds has none of that at all. It's pretty much all rules. Whether this is a good thing or not depends on your tastes.

To give you a different example, there are CDs that are 40 minutes long and CDs that are 60 minutes long (80 is the max but 60 is more usual). Typically both are the same price. If the extra 20 minutes are filler material of poor quality, was your money well spent? Personally I'm happier with a shorter all kick-ass, no filler CD but some people feel cheated if they don't get the maximum bits for their bucks. Seanchai seems to be arguing more or less from this position.
