According to page 60 of the rules, the GM has two bennies for each of his wild card characters (which I are restricted in use for those NPC wild cards), and an additonal GM bennie for each player character in the game.

The only statement I can find on how those extra GM bennies (the ones the GM gets for each Player Character in the game) are employed is that, "He may use these for any of his villians throughout the course of the night."

The example in the bottom right-hand corner of page 60 supports that interpretation.

It seems to me that'll work for a soak roll. Is there something I'm missing?
