True enough, but remember that unlike Epiphamies, the inhabitants are probably going to have some specific understanding of things relevant to the characters.

Plus, they aren't quite "theme worlds" in the same way that Epiphamies are because they do have some history behind them. I would say that the motivations to go there are different than they were, not lessened.

Oh, it's definitely possible -- even likely. The trouble is that the Realms usually need a strong connection to Earth to thrive. Without that Quintessence, they fall apart.
