I personally rule that Horizon Realms connected to Shallowings haven't been disrupted, allowing me to keep the few Umbral outposts I feel like preserving. As well as allowing for the couple of Archmasters that Mage Revised supplements have said are definately alive and kicking. Senex first and foremost.
