Converted from Phorums BB System

Good review. But I can hardly find it in my heart to fogive ICE for that big of a blunder. Given ICE's rocky history and such over the past years they should do a better job...

That is a REALLY boneheader typo on ICE's part. Sure errata is standard fare (even with ALL the desktop publishing available today), but that is a doozy..

I would have liked to have heard more about the conversion for other systems. I played RM for nearly 10 years, but have since moved on as most of the old crowd either does not play RM or not at all.

One problem I can forsee with using Arm's Law in a D20 setting is D&D healing is general. Rolemaster injuries are incredibly specific. The work around is just using the numeric data and not the flavor text. Which leads to anothe rproblem.

I have not skimmed through the latest and great RM stuff (since RMSS to be specific). But as I recall character death was a little different as PC's could go a fare more negative than their D20 counter parts. One of the annoying left over Gygaxisms... I would think a characters constitution would come in to play to reflect their resiliance...something like 10+Con or Con Mod would be better.

Cheers,
Wes
