It kind of depends what type of campaign you are running. If it's a straight Fantasy Campaign, then Arms Law is the way to go. If you are going to have modern or futuristic weapons then you may want 10 Million Ways to Die. I don't recall what 10 Million Ways to Die has in the way of notes for use with other systems, once I'm back from vacation next week, I can post more information on that topic.
