If I remember correctly, Willow herself even said she was gay in "The Yoko Factor." She mistakes Buffy and Xander's criticism of her and Tara as an attack on her being gay, when in reality, they're discussing Wicca.

The only other time Willow's even hinted at bisexuality since then was during season 7 episode "Him" when she fell for a jock, but that was a spell, and she was readying a spell that would turn him into a woman, anyway.
