Book of Knights is King Arthur Pendragon Book of Knights by Green Knight publishing. It is essentially Pendragon edited down to 48 pages of basics at ~$8, including a tidy sampling of info for running a campaign. About half the material is mechanics. I think it is designed as an intro, available at a less intimidating size and price than the big book. It is quite playable as is.

It is not quite what I would call a rules lite system (being Pendragon minus some messy details like magic). But in a concise format at a remarkably reasonable price, it invites taking a pencil and scratching out or editing mechanics for those with the inclination.

I am very impressed with BoK becasue it is a true player's handbook -- a cheap book with all the mechanics and charts most players really need.
