Indeed, <B>Hearts, Swords, and Flowers: The Art of Shoujo</b> is still on line, and will hopefully be out early next year. BESM system, yup, and under Magnum Opus, though more about tropes in shoujo (and manga/anime in general) and roleplay ideas and concepts and characters than actual rules or skills. Depends what the reader wants.
