There semed to be a couple of DW fans working at TSR. The Doctor (or more often the TARDIS) turned up in brief cameos in things like the D&D game set in London (was that Dragon #100), and in the detail of art by one of the DragonLance artists (Parkinson?) So it'd turn up on Raistlin's shelving somewhere (very small, of course).
