Siembieda has been consistently opposed to any conversion of Rifts to any other game system, and whenever one shows up on the net it tends to quickly get taken down, presumably following a threatening email from Palladium. If they're going to be like that then I'd rather come up with my own post-apocalyptic fantasy/horror/sci-fi setting anyway. :P

If you want Tri-Stat to have a wider scale, you should check out the Tri-Stat dX thingy (which you can download for free from the GoO website). It lets you scale the die type (and with it the three stats) anywhere from 2d4 to 2d20.
