Yaknow, I'm sorry, but license violations are not "nonsense." An author ought to take the time to follow the freaking licenses they are using or not use them.

I also note that the free version on the author's site that contains stats for Action! System totally violated that license and also included some very unprofessional comments about how the author of Action! obviously never held a gun... which is funny, as the author has a strong background in the military and law enforcement.

The comment in that book is extremely similar to one made by "David" here in a review of a product competing with this one about how that author supposedly didn't know what he was talking about either.
