It's nonsense when you people whine about a few phrases that amount to no more than a paragraph's space in a 100 page book.

It's not nonsense when licensing problems encompass nearly 25% of the book, a full 8 pages of 42.

But let's not forget, the pack of you are the same folks who claim Ultramodern Firearms D20 and the Modern Players Companion Volume 1 are error free, even though I can easily point out mistakes in each, ranging from use of other product identities to improper use of the phrase "d20 modern" to incorrect citing of the contents of the D20 Modern RPG core rules by refering directly to page numbers.
