The Midnight campaign setting from FFG also erases the difference between arcane and divine magic. Although from what I've heard so far, I think I like AU's system better. The best feature of Midnight is that anyone can learn a spell or two; however, the downside is that even a dedicated spellcaster will never approach anywhere near the power level of a wizard or sorcerer in regular D&D.
