Ah, sweet memories!

I still remember being the Great High UV Programmer Who Makes Clones Bark Like A Dog-clone for the first time. Only one of the other players had ever played Paranoia before and he proved an invaluable aid.

The group actually got to and through their mission briefing with minimal loss of life (only 1 or 2 clones, iirc) and then they were informed they needed to report to R&C.

"R&D?!?" asked the Veteran Gamer.

The other players looked confused at his consternation.

At that point, VetGamer signalled putting his laser to his head, pulling the trigger.

BLAM -- one less clone.

"Why did you do that?" asked the others.

"Quicker and less painful..."

After that, the TRUTH of Paranoia crept into the game:
