1. take the option in the rules to create a new skill enhancer
2. Call it X
3. apply it against all the relevant skills in a package.
4. Find balance
5. if ya want, tell Steves Cat it's rules leagal.

other bennies is you can use 5 point skill levels to enhance the whole thing.
