I was going to say, "not a lot" - but on a quick flip through, most of it can. A few pages are irrelevant - technical stuff about pdf preparation, promo for RPGNow - and there isn't anything about more standard distribution channels. If you re-read my chapter summaries you'll get an idea of what's there. If you have the spare cash it might be some use to you.
