actually, that's not how it works so far as I understand. See, sender's have a maximum send speed, and receivers have a maximum receive speed, and the file is sent at the lower of the two speeds. So if it's being sent at 56kbs to you, it'll still be sent at 56kbs to me, so it'll seem like a slow delivery to you, but an average one to me. And in the end, the DL took me, on dialup, just under 15 minutes.
