Sorry, I haven't read the game, and thinking back the realism claim has only been represented to me in regards to the game's combat system, well, other than this review. I should remembered that, rather than go on the review's implication.

Either way, in regards to a combat system or an system as a whole, realism is a concept that does neither a game nor a review any favours.
