That's not the point. The point is that TROS is unique in that the combat system provided in the book won't ALLOW you to fight animals. With most other fantasy games, with old-fashioned "to-hit, damage, hit points" systems, fighting an animal is the same as fighting anything else.

Yes, they are in the supplement, though.
