There are two additional spellcasting classes, the Witch and the Greenbond.

The Greenbond can learn all simple spells up to level 9 and all complex spells with the Life descriptor, I believe. They also get some touch healing abilities and the ability to commune with spirits for limited information each day. The Greenbond idea/philosophy is similar to that of a standard Druid, but they don't get shapeshifting or animal companions. Of course, they can use spells to shapeshift or charm animals normally.

The Witch is a very customizable class. I'm going from memory, so anyone that has the book handy can correct me. The Witch gets all simple spells up to level 7. There are several types: mind witch, sea witch, wood witch, iron witch, ice witch. Each one gets special abilities based upon their type. I think the iron witch gets natural armor, the ice witch gets cold resistance, etc.. they also have special abilities they may choose as the levels go up. The wood witch can get healing abilities, the mind witch can get a blade that treats all attacks as touch attacks, etc...

If you want to drop the standard Psion class into an Arcana Unearthed game, you can. Otherwise, the mind witch fills the task just fine.
