Converted from Phorums BB System

Thanks for your perspective, but:

1) My point is that it sounds like Orpheus could very easily have been adapted as a Wraith book. The basic premise is interesting, and I'm sure they've thrown in a few new rules: but overall it really doesn't sound like something so completely new that it deserves its own game line. It sure doesn't sound like anything I want to fork over $41+ CDN for.

BTW, *wasn't* Hunter a supplement originally ("The Hunters Hunted") before they decided to inflate it with kewl powerz and sell it as a completely new game line? I liked the original supplement much better. I think I'll stick with my copy of "The Quick and the Dead" for this one, thanks.

2) That's a different way of looking at it that I hadn't considered -- so future supplements should be considered more like 'The Valkenburg Foundation' for W:tA than sourcebooks?

Fair enough. That makes me wonder about how much influence character decisions will have on the chronicle, though. You may recall that modules G1-3 and D1-3 were predicated on the idea that the PCs would decide to get to the bottom of the story, just because. Is this series going to count on similar railroading on the part of STs?
