Yes, it would seem to be a Wraith sequel I suppose... The bit about hardly any Wraiths more than 3 years old seems to indicate its about 3 years since the 6th Maelstrom cleaned house.

It looks like a nice game to run a nice ghost story in, I would caution against adding too much of the other WoD stuff in if you are playing the game as it would risk losing the feel.

Although I suppose if you were playing a Giovanni game or something you could adapt it to a larger WoD picture
