Orpheus, despite the ill-informed detractions of some, has little to do with wraith, and can be enjoyed quite seperatly.

Different themes, different context, different premise, very small amount of shared history and terms.

The 'metaplot' that people keep complaining about is actually cleverly done to promote a different style of play with each one (eg. The core book is about being a corporate wage slave, the second book is about being a fugitive).

I love it. I loved wraith too, but this is not wraith, not in the slightest.

Oh, and one last thing about the Metaplot... it's over in 6 books, no hanging questions, everything answered. Compare this to other White-wolf games in which questions get answered years, even decades after their posing. It's great.
