I think David Brin would have to slap the reviewer silly if he ever read this poorly reasoned, poorly stated and completely unqualified "review". It is based on what I can only assume was a terrible-- or maybe just badly distracted --misreading of a book that has received a spectacular amount of critical acclaim from far more prominent and eminently qualified readers and reviewers, including numerous industry professionals.

The tripe this reviewer puts forth is nothing more than a waste of bandwidth, even for mere text.
