My complaint about the review is that it is kind of longish. And I wish that Liam had posted some of his actual play experience. I know, I know, those 2 statements are mutually exclusive, bite me.

I first found the game looking for Werewolf: the Apocolypse stuff, and hit their Famine page. It looked like a different take on Were's, but it wasn't for the game system I was looking for...

Then I saw this review a while back, remembered the name of the game, and checked it out. The W:tA game was over (Storyteller moved back to Tampa) so we needed something new to play. I suggested this. We've been playing ever since! I LOVE this game!!!

For all those jerks saying bad stuff, it's obvious some of you didn't read any of it. That's just being stupid and uninformed. Some of you obviously have read it, just not played. That's cool, I respect your opinions if you actually took the time to check something out. Even if you didn't like what is such a great game.

If you haven't played it. I +strongly suggest+ that you do. It's improved my group. We have fewer "occasionall players" now. It's odd, there isn't anything overt, but it's like we explore gray morality and our own selves playing Midian more than we explore "dungeons." It's easy to get wrapped up in things and lose track of time playing. It's not just the GM either, we each take turns playing GM for a couple months, and it's always like this.

This isn't a real "dungeon crawl" kinda game, BTW. It's not a "kill the bad monsters" kinda game, either. It's also not a "shoot a fireball, save the princess" kinda game. It's more of a "what's wrong with the world, and what's my place in it" kinda game.

I LOVE THIS GAME!!! IT R-O-C-K-S!!!!!!!!!
