Urban Arcana plays some nice homage to modern fantasy in the vein of Charles de Lint, but to me it basically reads like Shadowrun meets Changeling. Or, as described elsewhere in this review, as D&D Modern.

Question: Does Wizards of the Coast exist in the d20 Modern world? What happens if a character decides to study D&D books to learn about beholders?
