I kind of doubt it. A lot of the changes in 3.5e were present in d20M, so I don't see a huge need to update the thing.
Not to mention (for you cynics out there), I don't think that d20M sells in the kind of numbers that D&D does, so I can't see coming out with a revision so soon would be all that profitable.
Of course, if they released a version with all the D&D-isms removed, and with fixed nonlethal damage rules, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
