I think you might find yourself a small British market developing shortly after I prod my acquaintences about this.

Pretty much every one-off run at my university for the last year and a whack has been run on the Risus system or a variant thereof. True, it mostly ends up being pretty diceless, but for the mood and the speed of character generation, no other system comes close.
