I'm in the process of creating homeland and occupation keywords for Stormbringer.

I'm a confirmed BRP GM, and its taken me a LONG time to get to grips with Hero Wars. I ran some demo games at Euro Gencon about four years ago and hated the experience. The rules were muddled, muddied, and I couldn't get my head around them.

HQ rectifies a lot of what was wrong with the system, whilst tweaking here and there but not, essentially, rewriting it. It is now an excellent system that suits my style of GMing (fast, narrativist with an emphasis on story creation and character involvement). I actually find BRP a little too pedestrian now, and I'm looking to find a way of bringing some of the HQ mechanics across to it.
