The template actually is called a "Volkadlak".
It's actually close to what you've done. It's pretty much just the "vampyr" template from the book, with the standard lycanthrope template.
The book's "Vampyr" is a bit different than the regular "Vampire", at least when it comes to specific powers and qualities and such. The powers are somewhat similar in basic effects, but the specifics are different. (For instance, it doesn't have "Children of the Night", it has the ability to charm rats & canines)
The Volkadlak also gets "Hypnotic Gaze", which can paralyze a person.
So, to answer your question, yes, but not that much.
