If you have the binding issues, contact DP9 directly via there website. Too many people on various forums have complained about their binding and not contacted DP9 about it. DP9, via the SCRLM group on Yahoo!, has asked people with this problems to contact them.

If you're problem isn't with the binding, but instead with the errors, a beta of the errata is available at the same Yahoo! group (final version should be up on DP9's site soon, I hope).
