The people at Palladium are paranoid nutballs. Don't bother dealing with them in any way, as you will surely come out the worse for it. That includes producing any kind of fan material; not only will it not be appreciated, the hostility that Palladium expresses through its lawyers will make you wish you had never heard of Rifts or any of their other products.
