Someone somewhere posted a Star Wars conversion for Palladium. The way the Palladium internet policy reads basically that you're allowed to create and post your own personal creations using Palladium trademarks, just know that Palladium still owns the trademarks and thereby technically owns the work.

Lucasfilm saw the conversion and went ballistic and threatened Palladium unless it stopped allowing the conversion.

Hence, conversions of other entities' works is bad.
