I would just like to thank Mehmet Hoops for the amount of work he had done on this project prior to it being shut down.

Rifts is an awesome setting and I myself have converted it to a number of systems. Is it perfect? Of course not. Its only one persons opinion of how the game should work in the D20 system. But having read ALOT of other conversions, I think its by far better than most.

I plan to use it. Yes, i'll make some changes, balance some classes and customize it to my liking. Pretty much what the big companies have playtesters do.

Mehmet Hoops is not one of the big companies. He's a gamer like us who decided to share some of his work with the online community.
