Other than those mentions of the Norse pantheon, the book doesn't go into detail of what any of the pagan gods are up to, or give specific rules for them... instead, the system for creating Inheritors and Avatars allows you to work out the powers of the god in question by providing a list of powers available based on the god's particular domain. It's an excellent solution, allowing one to easily determine the stats for any god of any pantheon in a book that couldn't have possibly fit anything resembling a comprehensive list.
