Yes, they are always packaged as one magazine now. The front part of the magazine is Dungeon and the back part is Polyhedron.

The history is complicated, but basically the decision was made to combine them together so that they could be profitable together.

I think it is working out ok, and when one section disappoints, the other usually doesn't.
