22 of the pages (about 1/3 of the book) are setting info and npcs. Those provide plot hooks, but there aren't any definite plots listed.

The map actually confused me while reading some of the location information. Mostly because the terrain pretty much shifts daily, and the map looks like it has borders that don't really exist. The world is essentially a big island type continent, but you wouldn't guess it from the map with the mountains bordering the top.
