Converted from Phorums BB System

Do try to pay attention. Getting different results is not the same as impossible. I could sit down with a gnoll template, strip out the inappropiate cultural and fantasy campaign assumptions embedded in the template, and otherwise fix it to become more suitable for a GW game.

Me:

*sighs*

I'll do it for you:
(1). Looking at the Gnoll character template in the MM3.5.
(2). Change "Armor Bonus" to "Defense Bonus".
(3). Remove automatic languages.
(4). Ignore Favored Classes.
(5). Tell your players the gnolls are virtually identical statistically to mutant dogs.

Done! Painless! This doesn't even qualify as a conversion, it's all the same game system. Really, you shouldn't even have to "re-write" anything on separate paper, just ignore the stuff that obviously doesn't apply.

My time is money, and if I can make something in ... time this took me was something under 2 minutes, most of which was hauling out the book and finding the right page.

So, then, folks are mad because Gamma World didn't do what Urban Arcana did, reprint a whole bunch of the same old stats and charge us money for them? Thanks but no thanks! That's a big part of why I don't see myself ever buying that book, even if I should get into a UA campaign!
