oh, and having been on the receiving end of that type of GM behavior (My elven female cleric character fumbled a spell and the GM ruled that it resulted in her being captured, unceremoniously raped and thrown in a dungeon)
it isn't pleasant. if I'd had rules to throw in his face, it might have helped.

mind you, I still maintain he was misusing the "can't cast while restrained" rule and that that orc should have had his face go up in flames but that's a pet peeve.
