Well, I think the name Gryx seem's to be a perfect alternative to half-orc. The name is cool, and it doesn't have the negative connotations associated with orcs. Job well done.

Can't say I like the spikes on the bumpy scalp in the picture, but the rest of it is good. Looks kind of half elf, half Klingon.
