While this is true for BESM, this review is not of BESM; it's of Tri-Stat dX. It replaces 'Not so Strong' and 'Not Tough' and 'Clumsy with 'Less Capable,' which also covers an odd 15 other subdivisions of the three stats. Including Charisma, Luck, and Intuition. It's pretty tight.
